I am in my nomad style at the moment…

No, the truth is that I’ve always been a nomad.
Just trying to settle down for a little while.
I am still a nomad looking for a tent, an oasis somewhere, so while I am looking, I am staying where I can, at my mum’s, at my borhter’s, at my dad’s….

Being at my brohter’s while he was away it tried one of his protein bar,  two different types, both very average, chewy and very sweet. That’s what happens when we buy ‘ready to eat’, ‘already made’ food…. Disappointment….

He’s my little brother and I couldn’t let him eating that…. So I made him some energy balls….

I always have a lot of dried fruits, grains, nuts with me so I did with what I had….

I also made peanut butter as I love it, so some balls are a bit naughty but you don’t have to be naughty and can replace the peanut butter with almond butter or dates.

Peanut butter and oat

– 4 tbsp of oat
– 2 tbsp of raw cacao
– 1/4 tsp of salt
– 2 tbsp of homemade peanut butter
– 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds
– 1 tsp sunflower oil or coconut oil
– 1 tsp of brown lin seeds
– 2 tbsp of chocolate chips
– 2 tbsp of agave syrup

Beetroot and chocolate

– 1 beetroot, cooked
– 2 tbsp of raw cacao
– 2 tbsp of agave syrup
– 2 tbsp goji berries
– 1 tsp peanut
– 1 tsp of shredded coconut

Puffed rice, chocolate and banana

-1 banana
– 2 walnuts
– 1 tbsp of shredded coconut
– 1 tbsp of raw cacao
– 1 tbsp of agave syrup
– 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
– 2 tbsp of puffed rice

For the 3 preparations, mix all the ingredients together. Once it’s done, leave them in their bowl and put them in the freezer for half an hour. Then it will be easier to roll. Make some balls or mini bars. You can finish by rolling them in coconut, lin seeds or walnuts.
